the universe tries to teach you things. It has tried many times to teach me certain things.

I am not a good listener.

So the universe had to slap me upside the head and make me sit in a corner and think about what I've done.

My mantras for the next few months come from Quinn: "Deal with it, get over it, get counseling," and Jrue: "Suck it up and do something."

There's a story behind this post... but it's somewhat boring. Basically I can't pay for school and need one more class for my English degree, two more for my Theater degree. I don't want to call my parents to ask them to cosign, because they gave me money and I didn't budget properly (bought vespa and too much food). Whatever. If I can't figure it out I don't deserve a college degree, right?

... that I could be honest with my parents.
... that my financial aid office was actually helpful.
... that I could get qualified for a private loan without involving my parents.
... that I wasn't facing needing to drop out of school one quarter before graduation.
